Asking for assistance can be overwhelming! I'm here to help. My goal is to truly understand what you’re going through, partner with you to set meaningful goals, and collaborate with you at every step so you feel encouraged, respected, and supported throughout the process.

Before reaching out, I spent a little time learning about your practice and the populations you serve. I was especially interested to see your experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, people living with HIV and chronic illness, older adults, individuals navigating grief and life transitions, and those dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental-health challenges. Much of that overlaps very closely with the community Lantera serves.

Begin your journey by prioritizing small, meaningful moments of self-care. These personal rituals create a space for comfort and balance, setting a gentle foundation for lasting mental wellness.
